Samridhi Foundation is committed to the cause of Women’s Empowerment and Financial Inclusion and feels that no social progress is conceivable without empowering and empowering women in all spheres of life. We aim to empower women to gain the needed instruments, facilities, and opportunities to become economically independent and self-dependent through a wide spectrum of specially designed programs.
Our programmes are centered around skill building, vocation education, promoting entrepreneurship and providing access to microfinance opportunities. Through focused training and coaching, we enable women to establish and expand their own businesses, and endow them with the confidence and competence to engage effectively in the economy.
Financial literacy is another cornerstone of our programme. We conduct workshops and community outreach sessions that teach women the basics of budgeting, saving, investment, and responsible borrowing. This knowledge not only helps them manage their personal finances but also supports their entrepreneurial ventures.
In addition to this, we cooperate with financial institutions to make sure women gain better access to banking and credit facilities. We are active in advocacy too—promoting awareness of the necessity of gender-inclusive financial systems and pushing for policy reforms to facilitate women’s involvement in the economy.
Samridhi believes that when women are empowered, families are strengthened and communities are more robust. When an enabling environment is developed for women to manage their financial futures, society is more prosperous and equal for everyone.
